Additions & Alterations to the Freehold Learning Center

This project included phased additions and renovations to a continuously occupied building. Additions included an 8,100 sf, 6 classroom structure, an 11,000 sf 8 classroom addition, and a 2000 sf service kitchen. Renovations included the creation of a new cafeteria space, major MEP upgrades, along with an intensive site package reconfiguring parking, traffic, and drainage on most of the site.
